A flat 400 m² clearing in the centre of the park, ideal for tabata, circuit training or floor yoga. Shaded by three century-old oaks.
A gentle 800 m loop between the pines for rest days. Soft ground, no elevation, complete silence — the ideal recovery walk.
Stone benches, shady corners, flat rocks. A few spots that yoga coaches from our groups have discovered over the years.
The park is not a decorative garden — it's a Mediterranean mosaic that changes with the seasons. We prune little and let nature do its thing.
