Group villa rental
in the Drôme, with a pool.
La Bergerie des Collines is a 300 m² group villa to rent in the Drôme, at Romans-sur-Isère, with a heated pool, 3.5 hectares of grounds and four private sports pitches. It is let exclusively, Saturday to Saturday, to a maximum of 11 guests, from €4,515 to €5,915 per week depending on the season, cleaning included.

What "exclusive rental" means here
The estate hosts one group at a time. No other tenants, no owner living on site, no shared areas: the house, the pool, the grounds and the four pitches are yours from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 11 a.m.
That is the fundamental difference from a B&B or a semi-detached gîte, and it is what suits groups who come to be together — extended families, groups of friends, club squads, leadership teams.
The pool and the outdoors
The pool measures 12 × 5 m and is heated, which stretches the swimming season from mid-May to October — well beyond the region’s usual two summer months.
Around it, 3.5 hectares of wooded grounds with paths, a terrace with a pizza oven and shaded areas. The grounds are enclosed, which matters when the group includes children.
Sleeping: 4 bedrooms, 11 beds
The villa has four bedrooms: one double suite, two doubles and one triple — eleven beds in total. Bed and bath linen is provided, and the end-of-stay clean is included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats twelve — enough to run self-catered for a week, or to host a private chef for one or several meals.
What sets this villa apart from other group rentals in the Drôme
Most group villas in the region have a pool. Very few have sports pitches, and virtually none have four.
- A floodlit hard tennis court
- A padel court — rare in French holiday accommodation
- A multi-sport city stade
- A petanque pitch

Frequently asked questions
How much does a group villa with a pool cost in the Drôme?
At La Bergerie des Collines a full week for 11 guests runs from €4,515 to €5,915 depending on the season, end-of-stay cleaning included. The rate covers the whole estate and does not depend on how many people come. Season-by-season detail is on the rates page.
How many people can the villa sleep?
Up to 11, across 4 bedrooms (one double suite, two doubles, one triple). The estate is let exclusively — you will not share it with another group.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The 12 × 5 m pool is heated, so you can swim from mid-May to October rather than only in July and August.
Can we book for a weekend?
Stays run Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum. For midweek corporate seminars outside high season we look at shorter formats case by case.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, under conditions, to be mentioned when booking. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms and must be kept on a lead in shared areas.
Are there shops nearby?
Romans-sur-Isère, ten minutes by car, has supermarkets, a market and every shop you need. The Valence market, one of the best known in Drôme-Ardèche, is twenty minutes away.
